SOLICITOR’S REPORT: At the Council meeting on 4/1/24 the matter of terms was brought up and discussed. It is a 4-year term for each member of the CBMA board.

OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:  Insurance is expiring in July. Is the board interested in allowing companies to review and provide a quote for insurance.

TREASURER’S REPORT:  March 21, 2024- General Fund $ 42,313.04

Debt Reserve $86,499.22.

BILLS:

Requisition #04-18-24 in the amount of $ 5,561.50.
