OLD BUSINESS:

1. Repayment to individual that put $500.00 down for Tap in fee found in audit by Long Barrell. With lots of investigation between Monica Seaman and Recorder of Deeds- Fred Sheeler this person is not in the area and has sold property to someone else years ago. Talked to Attorney Steven Price, and he said after this long it is a wash and should just be kept in the CBMA account.
2. Looking at the PLGIT information board need to decide what type of fund to invest money in.

TREASURER’S REPORT:  As of June 20, 2024 General Fund there is $31,987.62 and Debt Reserve Fund- $86,503.55.
